- Client assigns ImageWorks Advertising as its exclusive Marketing Agency.
- ImageWorks notifies all media of the immediate change.
- Media representatives no longer call on Client directly – they call ImageWorks to coordinate print, radio, television, etc.
- ImageWorks and Client will meet once monthly or more as needed after initial maret analysis and consultations.
- ImageWorks is billed directly by all media – Client is billed by ImageWorks and pays only one bill every month.
- ImageWorks Advertising will be immediately responsible for the following:

Rate Negotiations

Media Schedules
-
Budget Preparation
-
Radio and Television Scripts and Production

Print Design and Production
-
Direct Mail
-
Promotions
-
Monthly review of schedules, affidavits, etc.
